Presentation Guidelines

The time allotted to each presentation will be as follows:

● Plenary talks: 40 min talk
● Invited talks: 20 min talk + 5 min discussion
● Contributed oral talks: 12 min talk + 3 min discussion

A Windows laptop computer for common use is available in the conference room for your presentations.

Poster presentation

● Please prepare your poster within an A0-format size (841 x 1189 mm).
● The board size is 900-mm width & 2100-mm height.
● Please display the paper title, author names, and affiliations at the top of the poster.
