All attendees and presenters of contributed papers are subject to the relevant registration fees.
Regular Participants

■ Conference documents and proceedings.
■ Invitation to the Welcome Reception.
■ Lunches and coffee breaks.
Students
■ As for Regular Participants, except for Proceedings.
Accompanying Persons
■ Invitation to the Welcome Reception.
■ Lunches and coffee breaks.
Payment should be made by no later than July 25, 2016.
■ No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of payment.
■ All payment must be in Japanese yen.
■ Please pay by credit card if you live overseas.

We will charge the following cancellation fee:
